Images and documents

Attach files to a message and the AI reads them alongside your text. Attachments stay with the message, so you can open or download them later from the conversation.

Images

• Attach from the + button in the composer, paste a screenshot with Ctrl + V / Cmd + V, or drag and drop onto the composer.
• PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF, up to 5 MB each.
• Click an image in the conversation to open it full screen. The page behind is blurred, and a bar at the top right zooms in and out, downloads the image and closes the view. Escape or a click outside the image closes it too.

Documents

• PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), text, CSV and Markdown files, attached from the + button or by dragging them in. Spreadsheets are read sheet by sheet and presentations slide by slide, so you can ask about one column or one slide.
• How many files you can attach per message, and how large they can be, depends on your plan. The composer tells you when a file is over the limit.
• Each attached document shows as a chip in your message with View and Download.
