History

Every conversation is saved to your account and available on any device where you are signed in. Private chats are the exception: see Private mode.

On the chat landing

History has three tabs: Chats, your conversations; Files, the files you made with the Spreadsheet, Document, PDF, Slides and Resume cards; and Designs, the posters, banners, social posts and web pages you made. Each sits under the composer as a timeline: Pinned first, then Today, Yesterday, This week and Earlier. Each card shows the title, the last message and how many messages the conversation holds.

• Search filters the timeline by title and last message.
• Hover a card for Pin, Rename, Share and Delete. Delete asks you to confirm on the card.
• Show more loads older conversations.

During a conversation

Click History in the top bar to open the same timeline as a side panel. Picking a conversation opens it and closes the panel.

Links

Each conversation has its own address, /chat/<id>, so you can bookmark it or reopen it after a refresh. New chat in the top bar, or the Chatular logo, starts a fresh one.
